JusGov International Conference on Law & Governance 2025 invites the submission of original and high-quality research contributions in the fields of Law, Governance and Public Policy.
We welcome papers that explore theoretical, empirical, or practice-oriented perspectives on contemporary legal systems, governance models, institutional reforms, public accountability, regulatory challenges, and the rule of law in a global context.
The conference seeks to foster interdisciplinary dialogue and critical reflection on how law and governance intersect in addressing today’s complex societal challenges.

- Oral Presenters (Live-Stream)
Present your work live during scheduled online sessions via Zoom. This option is ideal for those wishing to engage directly with peers and receive immediate feedback.
- Attendees (Non-Presenters)
Attend all conference sessions, access materials, and engage with presenters through live Q&As and online interactions.

Virtual participation allows for broader accessibility, especially for researchers with limited travel flexibility. Your contribution is treated with the same academic rigour and visibility as in-person conferences:

Submission Guidelines for Authors
▸ Abstracts and Full Papers
Submissions must adhere strictly to the conference’s academic and formatting standards. All contributions will undergo double-blind peer review.

PDF Version of the same paper
Blind Version (no identifying author details)
Final papers may be submitted for inclusion in the Conference Proceedings, which are publicly archived and indexed with an ISSN.
Presentation Procedure for Live-Stream Authors

Academic Integrity and Plagiarism Policy
JusGov upholds the highest standards of academic ethics. All submissions are subject to plagiarism detection software. Originality and proper citation are mandatory. Any violations will result in immediate disqualification from the conference and related publications.
Registration Process
Deadline: Registration must be completed before the announced cut-off date.
Payment: Participation is only confirmed upon full payment of the registration fee.
Confirmation: A confirmation email (and invitation letter, if applicable) will be sent after successful registration.
Certificates
All registered participants—presenters and attendees—will receive a Certificate of Participation. Virtual presenters will also receive a digital copy of their certificate and access to the published conference proceedings.
Technical Support
A dedicated technical help desk will be available before and during the event to assist with any issues related to registration, access, or virtual presentation tools. Should you require further information or support, please do not hesitate to contact the conference organizing committee.
Will I have my paper included in the Conference Proceedings?
All submitted conference papers will undergo a rigorous double-blind peer review by two independent experts. If accepted, you may opt to submit a final version for publication in the Conference Proceedings, which are publicly archived and indexed with an ISSN. This ensures your work gains maximum visibility among international scholars and practitioners.
Will I receive a certificate for my participation?
Yes. After the conference, all presenters and attendees will be issued Certificates of Presentation or Certificates of Attendance. These documents are sent by email in PDF format, typically within two weeks of the event’s conclusion.
I need an invitation letter. Can you provide it?
Absolutely, yes. Please note that a Letter of Invitation does not guarantee you a visa. In order to request an invitation letter, just e-mail us the following data: a) Registration Form; b) Proof of payment; c) Passport number & expiry date.
Can I catch up on sessions I missed?
Absolutely. Every live-streamed session, including keynotes and featured presentations, will be recorded and made available on our Conference Catch-Up Page via Vimeo (video-on-demand). You can watch at your convenience for up to 30 days post-conference.
How can I pay for conference registration?
Yes. We offer secure online payment options for both authors and listeners. You may complete your registration fee via Eventbrite using credit or debit cards. Please note that registration is only confirmed once full payment has been received.
Should I apply early for a visa if attending on-site JusGov Conferences?
If you require a visa, we strongly recommend beginning your application as soon as possible. JusGov cannot influence embassy decisions nor expedite processing times. If your visa is denied, please understand that we have no authority to override the embassy’s decision.
Can I network with other participants during the virtual event?
Yes. We encourage all attendees to engage actively with fellow researchers, academics, and professionals through our dedicated networking lounges, live Q&A sessions, and breakout rooms. Building collaborations and exchanging ideas is a core part of the conference experience.
Can I access the final event program in advance?
The final program will be emailed to all registered delegates approximately one week before the conference. It will also be available for download on the conference website under “Event Program.”
What should I wear for the conference?
Yes. While the conference is virtual, we recommend business casual dress to maintain a professional atmosphere during presentations and networking sessions.
